Childcare payments may be claimed at a cost of up to
£12.50 per hour, and to index changes to this rate to the
National Living Wage at such time as the National Living Wage would
be equal to or higher than £12.50 per hour, for a period of
four years. o Adult care payments may be claimed at the Hertfordshire County Council Home Care Rate of up to £25.48 per hour, and to index changes to this rate in future years to the Hertfordshire County Council Home Care Rate.
