Review of Statement of Licensing Policy
In line with Section 5 of the Licensing Act
2003, officers are required to review their Statement of Licensing
Policy every 5 years. The current policy expires on 24 February
2026. Officers aim to make minor changes to the policy and seek
agreement from councillors of the Licensing Committee on 3 December
to commence a public consultation (as required by the Act) before
being formally adopted early next year, before the expiration of
the policy.
