This report sets out a proposed fee schedule to be introduced to enable the Local Planning Authority (LPA) to monitor the creation and enhancement of habitats which are proposed to either achieve biodiversity net gain on-site, or proposed as part of a habitat bank used for developments which can only achieve off-site gains.
