Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan
Hertfordshire County Council has been working
with Three Rivers District Council to develop a strategic plan to
improve walking and cycling over the next 10 years and
predominantly link up large residential areas with key
destinations. Officers would like to provide an update on the
progress of the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan
(LCWIP).
