This report provides notification to Members that the Secretary of State has issued an amended Article 4 Direction, which has now come into force restricting Class MA Permitted Development Rights that came into effect from 1st August 2021. Cass MA relates to change of use from Class E (commercial, business and services) to Class C3 (residential).
