Local Development Scheme

 

 

This report seeks Members approval of a revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) to bring the Local Plan timetable in line with the Government’s transitional arrangements for submitting Local Plans through the current system following the update to the National Planning Policy Framework in December 2023. This change is being proposed so as to ensure the Local Plan remains on course for 2026 Adoption as currently set out in the Council’s extant LDS (December 2022).
