*Hertfordshire Constabulary requested that the applicant reduce the
closing time (and therefore sale of alcohol) to 23:00 in keeping
with other premises in the area. This has been AGREED by the
applicant. Therefore, the application to be considered is for the
hours of 07:00 – 23:00.
