1.
That the calculation of the Council’s tax base for the year
2025/26 be approved.
2. That in accordance with the Local Authorities (Calculation of Tax Base) (England) Regulations 2012, the amount calculated by the Three Rivers District Council as its council tax base for the year 2025/26 shall be:-

Council Tax Base 2025/26
This report sets out the council tax base by parish for the district and is used by the County, PCC and parishes to set their council tax.
Recommendation:
That Policy & Resources Committee recommends to Full Council that the Council Tax Base is approved for 2025/26.
