Gypsy/Traveller pitches, each accommodating 4 caravans including no more than 2 static caravan/mobile homes, with associated hardstanding, alterations to access and erection of two amenity buildings and boundary treatments including construction of timber post and rail fencing at Land South of Harthall Lane, Kings Langley.

Recommendation: that planning permission be granted, subject to conditions.
