That:

·         The Policy and Resources Committee recommends to Full Council that £165,000 of capital funds be allocated to be used as match funding towards the Aquadrome Project as detailed at point 1.5 and between points 3.7 and 3.10, should a funding application to the Community Infrastructure Levy be unsuccessful.

·         That public access to the report be immediate.

·         That public access to the decision be immediate.
